  /!\ IMPORTANT NOTES /!\     |
==============================/

==>> BE CAREFUL WITH THE FOV.
==>> Orbiter usually start with a 30° FOV.
==>> A FOV lower than 50° (in-game menu: camera) takes away the beauty of this starmap.

use X or Z (qwerty), or scroll wheel to change FOV in game.

Best regards,

	Installation (orbiter 2016/2010 - 2024)  |
=================================================/

- Copy the "Textures" folder in your Orbiter folder.

- Open <Orbiter_folder>\Config\Csphere\

- Make a copy/backup of the file "bkgimage.cfg"

> ORBITER2016 and older
- Open the original "bkgimage.cfg" file, and add these two lines at the end :
Celeste LVL1|csphere\Celeste_LVL_1
Celeste LVL2|csphere\Celeste_LVL_2

> ORBITER2024 (really, dont do that. just use ESA gaïa. It is beautiful)
- Open the original "bkgimage.cfg" file, and add these two lines just before END_BACKGROUNDS :
Celeste LVL1|csphere\Celeste_LVL_1
Celeste LVL2|csphere\Celeste_LVL_2

- Save the modified file

- Launch Orbiter-Launchpad

ORBITER 2016
- Under "Visual effects" Set Background to "Celeste LVL(1 or 2)", Intensity 1.0

	Recommended "Stars" Parameters      |
============================================/

- THE CHEF'S SUGGESTION
  ---------------------

  Take Celeste_LVL2 - Set intensity to 1 (or 0.50) 		(default 0.20)

  Under "parameters" launchpad menu (2016), set :

	APP Magnitude "3.0" (mapp to max bright 1) (default 1)
	APP Magnitude "7.0" (mapp to minb bright "0.10")	(default 7)
	Magnitude-Bright "o exponential"

  Take your first flight at daytime, from Earth ground to orbit, and enjoy the experience step by step.
